A well-regarded Trust & Estate Litigation Firm is seeking an associate to join its growing practice. The firm has a strong track record of developing attorneys and promoting from within. We have placed 4 attorneys and 5 support staff here over the years, with excellent retention and positive feedback.Responsibilities:DiscoveryDrafting pleadings and motionsDepositionsCourt appearancesMediationsTrial prep1750 yearly billable requirementIn addition to their collaborative and engaging team culture, the firm offers their attorneys:Mentorship program and buddy program for new hires!Proven path to partnershipThe firm allows attorneys to work 100% remotely throughout California.
