#### About the role
We are seeking a highly mathematical, detail-obsessed, and insight-driven Growth Marketing Analyst to join our Product department. In this purely analytical role, you will serve as the dedicated engine behind our growth loops, working directly under VP, Growth & Strategy and alongside our Growth Marketing Manager. Your primary mission is to turn raw, complex data streams into actionable marketing insights. You will track and measure everything across our conversion funnel—from top-of-funnel paid advertising clicks to downstream long-term user retention metrics.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes attribution modeling, cohort behavior patterns, and financial data structures. You look past surface-level vanity metrics to compute the true operational reality of our unit economics, ensuring our advertising budgets are deployed with maximum capital efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performance Attribution Modeling: Build, audit, and maintain multi-touch attribution models to accurately evaluate the source, journey, and true performance of our digital user acquisition spend.
• Unit Economics Analysis: Calculate and report continuously on deep funnel metrics, providing accurate breakdowns of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion friction, and payback periods across specific channels.
• Experimentation Analytics: Design statistical calculation frameworks to validate the significance of ongoing A/B and multivariate tests running across our digital products, landing pages, and ad creatives.
• Dashboard & BI Reporting: Program and maintain centralized business intelligence dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI), ensuring the growth and product leadership teams have real-time visibility into commercial trends.
• Data Pipeline Collaboration: Partner with our Senior Data Engineer and Data Scientist to design clean event-tracking structures, map data definitions uniformly, and preserve supreme pipeline hygiene.
#### What we look for
• 3+ years of dedicated professional experience working as a data analyst, growth analyst, or marketing operations analyst within a high-growth SaaS, digital marketplace, or consumer tech startup.
• Advanced proficiency writing structured SQL queries to clean, manipulate, and extract actionable information from sprawling relational databases.
• Deep hands-on experience leveraging data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Sigma) paired with behavioral product analytics suites (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap).
• Thorough structural understanding of digital marketing attribution mechanisms (UTMs, first/last-click models, media mix modeling) and data tracking protocols (Apple’s ATT, cookie deprecation workarounds).
• Strong baseline understanding of statistical fundamentals (p-values, sample distribution sizes, variance) to confidently guide hypothesis testing and experiment evaluations.
